These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DoctorSoft ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the DoctorSoft clinic management system and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Subscription Plans and Billing

2.1 Available Plans

DoctorSoft offers the following subscription plans:

2.2 Auto-Renewal Subscriptions

2.3 Managing Subscriptions

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions through:

• iOS: Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions, or for iOS 18+: Settings > Developer > Sandbox
• Android: Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions
• Note: Subscriptions must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid being charged for the next period.

2.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes will apply to subsequent renewal periods. Continuing your subscription after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

3. Free Trial and Promotional Offers

We may offer free trials or promotional offers from time to time. Unless otherwise stated:

• Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends
• Payment method authorization is required to start a free trial
• Only one free trial per user is permitted
• Promotional pricing applies only for the specified period

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

4.1 Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except:

• Within 14 days of initial purchase if you have not used the Service
• As required by applicable consumer protection laws
• At our sole discretion in cases of technical issues preventing Service use
• To request a refund through the App Store or Google Play, please contact Apple or Google directly

4.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
• No refund will be provided for unused time in the current billing period
• Your account will revert to the Free plan at the end of the billing period
• Data exceeding Free plan limits may be archived or deleted

5. Account Registration and Security

5.1 Account Requirements

To use DoctorSoft, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Be authorized to represent the clinic or medical practice
• Comply with all applicable healthcare regulations and laws

5.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Using strong passwords and enabling multi-factor authentication

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Share or resell access to the Service without authorization
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels

• Modify, update, or discontinue features of the Service
• Change these Terms with reasonable notice

• Use automated systems to access the Service without authorization

• Communication services (WhatsApp for customer support)

We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of any third-party services.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules, except for:

• Intellectual property disputes
• Claims for injunctive relief

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

If you are a healthcare provider or handle protected health information (PHI), you agree to:

• Comply with HIPAA and all applicable healthcare regulations
• Execute a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) if required
• Implement appropriate safeguards for patient data
• Notify us immediately of any data breaches or security incidents
• Use the Service only for lawful healthcare purposes

16. Termination

16.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Cancelling your subscription through the app store
• Requesting account deletion in the app settings
• Contacting our support team

16.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your payment method fails
• We are required to do so by law
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Your account remains inactive for an extended period
